We're looking for a technical recruiter to help us in hiring great Software Engineers and Product Managers .

As a Technical Recruiter
  • You will be actively involved and manage the whole hiring process starting at sourcing and ending at the job offering.
  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and appropriate candidate profiles
  • You will draft job descriptions for open positions and post on relevant platforms
  • You will use creative sourcing and outreach strategies to identify top talents
  • You will engage with passive candidates and build pipelines for future hiring needs
  • You will identify, recruit, and screen candidates and coordinate hiring manager interviews and coding tests for assigned roles, and work with the hiring team to collect candidate feedback
  • Handle all communication with candidates during the interview process
  • Coordinate offers and onboarding of new hires with Human Resources
  • Identify and recommend new sources for technical talent
  • You'll report directly to the CTO and work closely with the engineering team
  • You have are interested and keep up with current and changing trends in the tech field

  • You'll own the sourcing sequences for open positions
  • You’ll deliver on immediate requirements and actively manage a prospect pipeline to include screening of candidates and presenting top candidates to hiring managers

...day 60...

  • You will be fully proficient in using our internal tools
  • You will proactively monitor and network with top prospects for future hiring needs

...day 90...

  • You'll be an integral part of our team and success
  • You'll recommend ways to improve sourcing and technical recruitment processes based on industry best practices

What you've accomplished so far
  • You have a demonstrated track record of success in identifying and placing technical talent in the SaaS space
  • You’ve become a trusted resource for your prospects and teammates
  • You’ve demonstrated the ability to communicate across various channels (phone, e-mail, social selling, etc.)
  • You thrive in a high growth environment, are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfortable using technology to source top talent e.g. LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Gem, and social media

  • You're open to travel internationally 2 to 3 times a year for off-sites
