The Event
The future is moving fast. This space asks us to be present.
In the age of AI, everything accelerates: new tools, new mindset, new possibilities. All racing toward a future we're still defining.

Humans of GTM was created as a deliberate counterpoint. A day to be intentional, gather with peers who share the weight of leadership, and think clearly about what comes next.

Keynote SPEAKER
Sahil Bloom
NYT Best-Selling Author
This keynote isn't about AI. It's about YOU, the leader, the human. Drawing from his NYT best-selling book 'The 5 Types of Wealth', Sahil will explore how to build a life that you want.

You spend your days optimizing pipeline, hitting targets, and leading teams through relentless change. But when's the last time you stepped back to think about what real wealth looks like — beyond the financial and the revenue line?

why attend
Because AI is changing everything,
but so are you.
Real playbooks, not hype
GTM leaders share what's actually working with AI, and what they're still figuring out.
Depth over breadth
Moderated roundtables with 8–10 peers per table. Real conversations with 30 vetted leaders in a single afternoon.
A keynote for you
This talk is about you, the person. What wealth really means, and how to build a life as intentional as the GTM motions you run.

Mark Kosoglow (Docebo):
Everyone Has AI. The Question is: Do You Have a Brain?
The disease of more is killing your pipeline. The instinct to add headcount, tools, and activity volume is the wrong response to revenue pressure — and shows what happens when you subtract decisions instead.

Janet Wood & Clara Borges (HubSpot):
Your Reps Don't Trust Your Signals. Now What?
You built the signals program. You bought the data. And your reps work less than a third of it. A tactical breakdown of how HubSpot closed that gap by focusing on Who (not just which account), When, and Why - and extending those signals from outbound into advertising.

Saint Joseph's Arts Society
1401 Howard Street
Mission District, San Francisco
  • Built in 1915 — a national historic landmark
  • Reimagined in 2018 by designer Ken Fulk
Humans of GTM was created as a deliberate counterpoint to the fast-moving pace of AI.

This year's venue, Saint Joseph's Arts Society (a member-only non-profit organization), is that idea made physical. A restored cathedral in San Francisco's Mission District — a space built 110 years ago for community gathering.

The juxtaposition is intentional. AI is propelling us forward at extraordinary speed. This space asks us to be present. To remember that behind every pipeline metric, every automation, every agent — there are humans making decisions, leading teams, and shaping strategy.
