Privacy Request

Anyone can ask UserGems to delete their information, to opt out of sharing it for advertising, or to access or correct it. You don't need an account, and it doesn't matter where you live.

Use the form on this page, or email privacy@usergems.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". You can also call 415 917 7944. Please tell us which request you're making: delete, opt out of sharing, access, or correct.

When we delete your information, we add minimum identifiers to our suppression list so it is not collected again. From then on, it is excluded from every part of our Services, including the UserGems MCP.

Opt-out requests need no verification. For requests to access, delete or correct, we may ask for information to verify your identity. See our Privacy Policy for details on your rights.
