150 vetted sales, marketing, and RevOps leaders gather in San Francisco to talk AI, strategy, and the human side of go-to-market.
[San Francisco, CA] — UserGems, the AI command center for outbound and ABM, today announced Humans of GTM, a curated leadership event taking place June 17, 2026 at Saint Joseph's Arts Society in San Francisco's Mission District. The event brings together 150 vetted B2B GTM leaders for a day of real conversations, practical playbooks, and an unexpected keynote about the kind of wealth no pipeline metric can measure.
Not another AI conference
Humans of GTM was designed as a counterpoint to the noise. While AI is accelerating every aspect of go-to-market, from signal capture to outreach to pipeline orchestration, the event asks a harder question: what does it mean to lead well in the middle of it?
What to expect
The day opens with a customer session at 9:30 AM — a first look at what UserGems is building next, followed by hands-on workshops where attendees will build a live AI campaign inside their UserGems instance, ready to activate for their team.
At noon, the full event begins with opening remarks from Kletzl and Trinity Nguyen, CMO of UserGems, on the future of AI for GTM.
NYT best-selling author Sahil Bloom (known for The 5 Types of Wealth) takes the stage for the keynote to talk about building a life worth wanting.
The afternoon shifts to: playbooks, panels, and roundtables with 8-10 peers per table on topics including:
- Signal-to-pipeline speed: how to connect signals, routing, and AI without losing human judgment
- Building the AI agent foundation: how HubSpot started with contact-level signals before turning on any agents (and saw 6–8x lift in meetings)
- GTM without the bloat: Mark Kosoglow (CRO, Docebo) on what happens when you subtract decisions instead of adding headcount and tools
- Executive tenure and longevity: how C-suite leaders evaluated the right role, aligned with their board, and stayed long enough to win
Confirmed speakers include leaders from HubSpot, Docebo, New Relic, Linear, LeanData, memoryBlue, Accord, Sendoso, CaptivateIQ, and Frontify. Attendees represent companies including NVIDIA, Anthropic, CrowdStrike, Workday, LiveRamp, and Mimecast.
The event closes with a happy hour, DJ, open bar, and the kind of hallway conversations that tend to matter more than the sessions.
